In today’s edition of the This Week Podcast, Britain raised its terror level to severe as Prime Minister David Cameron warned an attack there is “highly likely.” President Obama said there wasn’t a clear strategy for combating ISIS militants in Iraq and Syria. American and British officials say they are nearly close to identifying the masked ISIS militant who executed American journalist James Foley.
