Flood Warning Issued for East Tennessee Counties
(KNOXVILLE, Tenn.) -- A Flood Warning has been issued for a number of counties in East Tennessee as rain pounds the region, the Knoxville News Sentinel reports.
So far, Knox, Blount, Loudon and Monroe counties are under a Flood Warning, while the remaining counties of East Tennessee are under a flood watch, the paper says.
Roads throughout the region are filling with water, and one to two more inches of rain are expected on Tuesday, according to the Sentinel.
