<p>The Arizona Department of Public Safety says that the officer rolled his vehicle after crashing into a drainage ditch near Douglas, Ariz.</p>
<p>He was flown to University Medical Center in Tucson. The extent of the agent's injuries have not been released.</p>

<p>A 10-year-old girl was in stable condition at University Medical Center after landing on a neighbors roof and suffering a head injury. A seven-year-old girl, who was also in the structure, was ejected and suffered only minor injuries.<br />&nbsp;<br />The castle traveled around 100 feet before landing on the rooftop.</p>

<p>Curtis Merworth's wallet was found Saturday in the Superstition  Mountains, beside some human remains.&nbsp; What are believed to be the  remains of the other two, Ardean Charles and Malcom Weeks, were found  last week.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Pima County medical examiner is expected to examine the remains to determine identity.</p>

<p>The district says its program is legal and it would appeal any finding to the contrary.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Terry was shot and killed near Rio Rico on Dec. 14, and officials subsequently arrested four suspects. There are no reports yet on whether the suspects have been exonerated of suspicion in Terry's murder.</p>
<p>The arraignment on the immigration charges is scheduled for Jan. 28 in Tucson.</p>

<p>University Medical Center doctors announced that Giffords started moving her limbs after a physical therapy session Thursday. She has been acknowledging her friends and families in visits, as well.</p>
<p>Doctors have said that the next breakthrough will be speech. They intend to remove her breathing tube in the next phase of recovery.</p>

<p>The office released this statement:</p>
<p>&ldquo;At approximately 10:00 a.m., the Pima County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department responded to a report of a black bag found in the 4000 block of W Soledad Place by an individual walking his dog. The bag was determined to be a diaper bag resembling a backpack and contained 9mm ammunition. The found bag is believed to be the black bag that Randy Loughner described his son carrying the morning of the shooting. The bag has been transferred to the custody of the FBI where further analysis will be conducted.&rdquo;</p>
<p>Police say an 18-year-old man found the bag while walking his dog. Loughner is suspected in the shooting that injured Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.</p>

<p>A report from KGUN-TV, ABC&rsquo;s Tucson affiliate, says that the Safeway grocery store where the shooting happened is still closed, but all other shops in the cluster are open.</p>
<p>The Pima County Sheriff&rsquo;s office also released a statement saying:</p>
<p>"We recognize how difficult it was for the merchants to have the shopping center blocked off during the course of the investigation. The Pima County Sheriff's Department and the FBI would like to thank the merchants for their patience and support.&nbsp; We encourage citizens to patronize the merchants as they had before this incident."</p>
