Four Suspects in Terry Case Indicted for Immigration

(TUCSON, Ariz.) – The four suspects in the case of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s death December were indicted Thursday on illegal immigration charges, according to KGUN-TV, ABC’s Tucson affiliate.

Terry was shot and killed near Rio Rico on Dec. 14, and officials subsequently arrested four suspects. There are no reports yet on whether the suspects have been exonerated of suspicion in Terry's murder.

The arraignment on the immigration charges is scheduled for Jan. 28 in Tucson.
