He was last seen wearing a blue uniform shirt, khaki pants and black shoes. Security officers reported seeing three suspects attempting to steal a stand-alone ATM. <br /><br />Police say they responded and found that the ATM had already been removed from a concrete pad. The machine was reportedly still attached by chains to a backhoe and was suspended over the bed of a pick-up truck.
