DC Outages: 1 in 4 Upper Northwest Households Still Without Power

(WASHINGTON) -- One in four households in upper Northwest D.C. remained without power Tuesday, according to the Washington Post.

A minority of Pepco customers that remain without power include the following areas: Chevy Chase, American University Park, Spring Valley, Burleith, Glover Park, Foxhall, Brookland, Michigan Park, Fort Totten, Anacostia, Fairlawn, Hillcrest and Penn Branch.

Pepco hopes 90 percent of customers will have power restored by Friday night.
