House Fire in Camp Springs Becomes Death Investigation

(CAMP SPRINGS, Md.) -- Police discovered the body of a man in a burning home after he set it ablaze and shot himself following a domestic dispute with his wife, ABC affiliate WJLA reports.

Police responded to the home in the 5300 block of Lorraine Drive Wednesday night and were warned of shots fired while on their way there. The husband of the home reportedly assaulted his wife, then set the house on fire and killed himself, police say.

The woman and her children who were there were not harmed. Police have not released the name of the victim.
