Violent Night: One Killed, Three Injured in D.C. Shootings
(WASHINGTON) -- Gun violence in Washington, D.C. on Monday night has left one person dead and three others injured.
The fatal shooting occurred shortly after 11:30 p.m. on Brooks Street in NE, where police said a man was found shot in the back and was taken to an area hospital where he died.
Minutes earlier, a man and a juvenile male were injured after gunfire rang out on the 4800 block of Alabama Avenue. The victims were taken to an area hospital in unknown condition.
And in the third incident, police suspect an attempted robbery led to another juvenile male being shot on the 2700 block of Naylor Road SE, according to published reports.
