Woodbridge Man Arrested in Murder-For-Hire Plot
(MANASSAS, Va.) -- A Prince William County Adult Detention Center officer has been arrested for allegedly being a part of a murder-for-hire plot that involved another man and his stepson, according to ABC affiliate WJLA-TV.
The officer, 61-year-old Ralph Lester Justice, of Woodbridge, allegedly was working with Michael Rusinack, also of Woodbridge, to try and hire a hitman to kill Rusinack's 28-year-old stepson. The alleged plan was for Justice and Rusinack to have the stepson arrested and sent to the Prince William County jail. Justice allegedly was then going to put the stepson in a situation where he could have been sexually assaulted, according to the report.
Rusinack was arrested on May 12 after he allegedly offered $2,000 to an undercover Prince William County officer to either beat or kill his stepson.
