Much of the United States is frying under oppressive heat so bad that you could cook a steak on a dashboard. Republicans and Democrats can't come to an agreement on fixing the deficit, and many Americans are fed up. ABC's Jonathan Karl took some of your complaints straight to Washington. Alzheimer's Disease has no cure, but scientists are trying to come up with ways to prevent the disease altogether.
