In tonight's epsiode, David Muir and Jake Tapper report from Iowa, on the eve of the Iowa Caucuses where the whole country is waiting to see what Iowans think of the GOP contenders.  David Muir spent the day with frontrunner Mitt Romney as he remembers the last time he campaigned in Iowa.  Jake Tapper follows Rick Santorum around for the day after his surprising rise in the polls during the past few days.  Then, ABC's David Wright reports from California where police have a suspect in the over 50 arson fires that have been set in the past 4 days.  On New Years Eve, three children were rescued from a car in an icy river due to the quick thinking of a dozen good samaritans who jumped in to save them.
