(BAGHDAD) -- The death toll is rising in a suicide attack in Baghdad.
A suicide bomber killed 28 people and wounded 91 others, police told ABC News.
The attacker wore a vest and detonated his belt on the Al-A'imah bridge, which leads from Sunni Adhamiyah to the Shiites' sacred Kadhimiyah city.
There were rumors of a suicide bomber on this same bridge in Aug. 2005
A suicide bomber also attacked a café in Balad, north of Baghdad. The bomber detonated his belt, killing 12 people and injuring 35 others.
