Video Appears to Show Kenyan Troops Looting Westgate Mall

CARL DE SOUZA/AFP/Getty Images(JOHANNESBURG) -- Did Kenyan troops loot Nairobi's Westgate mall during last month's deadly terror attack? It appears that way, according to new security camera footage.

The video shows troops carrying bulging shopping bags full of stolen items.

Shop owners had immediately blamed the troops for the stealing since nobody else was allowed in during and just after the four-day terror siege that left at least 67 people dead.  But this video appears to be the first piece of evidence.

The looting left stores stripped of their goods, bars emptied of their alcohol and cash registers completely cleared out.
