In the special Iowa roundtable, Tapper speaks with George Will, Fox News contributor Laura Ingraham, Radio Iowa News Director Kay Henderson and ABC News political analyst Matthew Dowd about Former Governor Pawlenty announcement that he is dropping out of the race. Tapper also discusses how the downgrade shook the markets and raised the stakes for the Obama reelection campaign.
