The American doctor being treated for Ebola in the U.S. is showing signs of improvement, as new questions are being raised about an experimental serum. Flash flooding and mudslides across Southern California’s San Gabriel Mountains trapped campers, swallowed cars, and damaged buildings. The mayor of Toledo, Ohio now says his city’s water is now safe after a ban had affected 400,000 people in Ohio and Michigan possibly due to toxins from the algae.
