From crazy outfits to wild makeup, children—including toddlers—are competing to become miniature versions of celebrities. Innocent photos shared on social media sites are being posted by unscrupulous businesses onto x-rated sites. And ABC’s Nick Watt explains the strategy of ‘Hunkertizing’.
