Now it's being investigated for misconduct leading to questionable arrests as two people have come forward saying they have been falsely accused of arson. And ABC's Diane Sawyer sits down with Hillary Clinton to discuss her plans to run for president and the Obama Administration's handling of the release of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
