It's an age-old question. If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, living or dead, who would it be?

Late night TV host Jimmy Fallon says "It would be Dick Cavett, a legend and inspiration to me." The Dick Cavett Show, aired on ABC 40 years ago, and now Cavett, is out with a new book "Talk Show," an inside look into his life and featuring some of his popular online columns for the New York Times. ABC News Entertainment Correspondent Bill Diehl sat down recently with Cavett, dubbed by one reviewer "a talk-show titan."
