We begin with an ABC News exclusive interview with Gary Giordano, after his release from jail in Aruba. He was held there for four months, suspected of murdering his traveling companion, Robyn Gardner ... a 35-year-old Maryland woman ... although he was never charged. When we spoke to Giordano, he answered some questions ... but also raised some others. ABC's Matt Gutman has been covering this story from the beginning and has the details from New York.

Many of us gathered around the family table for Thanksgiving last week, but on the other side of the world there are 116,000 Americans serving in Iraq and Afghanistan whose family celebrated the holiday without them. But so many more would have died, if not for the heroic efforts of one very special unit -- the medivacs, pilots, nurses, and doctors who go into battle unarmed to rescue the fallen.
