Nearly five years ago, Sheena Morris was found dead in the shower of a beach-front hotel in Florida. It was ruled a suicide, but her mother wasn't convinced. Kelly Osborn began digging into the case, conducting her own surveillance, and studying the autopsy report, searching for answers about what happened the night her 22-year-old daughter died. Kelly Osborn has spent nearly five years collecting evidence on her daughter's death. She has poured over autopsy photos, police reports and 9-11 call transcripts. With the help of veteran crime reporter, Lee Williams, and other forensic experts, Kelly Osborn pieced together evidence suggesting her daughter's death might not have been a suicide. But would that be enough for a medical examiner to change the cause of death? And Joe Genoese (jen - oh - weez) sits down for a polygraph test, hoping to prove his innocence. Armed with three affidavits from forensic experts, Kelly Osborn convinced the medical examiner that her daughter's death was not a suicide. The manner of death for Sheena Morris was reclassified as "undetermined pending further investigation," and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement decided that the case needed to be re-opened. Osborn suspects Morris' former fiancé, Joe Genoese (jen - oh - weez), was involved in her death. He insists he has nothing to hide, saying her friends and family have mischaracterized their relationship and says his former fiancé was depressed around the time of her death.
