A Call to Action
Since he left office in 1981, President Jimmy Carter has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, founded a center to address global public policy and written 28 books. He considers his latest one the most important he's ever written. It's called "A Call to Action: Women, Religion, Violence, and Power." ABC's Steve Osunsami met up with President Carter in Atlanta to get the details.
Receiving the Medal of Honor
Last week, former Army Sergeant Kyle White was recognized by President Obama with the Medal of Honor. White received the nation's highest award for military valor after risking his life in Afghanistan to save the life of former Specialist Kain Schilling. During a four-hour battle, White was wounded, incurred two concussions and ran through direct enemy fire multiple times. He and Specialist Schilling sit down with ABC News Chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl to tell us more.
Going Gluten-Free
People who suffer from Celiac disease are unable to eat gluten without damaging their digestive tract. But there are others who avoid gluten for entirely different reasons. Going gluten-free has celebrity advocates, legions of fans and a multi-billion dollar industry, but is giving it up actually a good thing for most people? ABC's Terry Moran fills us in on the details.
