Ray Rice, the Baltimore Ravens running back, who was suspended indefinitely for punching his fiance, has been allowed to play football again. A retired judge said Rice did not lie to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.  For the fourth time in six years, President Obama is on the hunt for a Secretary of Defense…after Secretary Chuck Hagel resigned.
