ABC’s new partner channel, “Fusion” launches today and ABC’s Jim Avila sat down for an exclusive interview with President Obama to kick things off. The White House is fielding questions about a spying program targeted at international leaders. Wintry weather and big storms are blanketing much of the country, while a monster storm socks Britain. More fugitives are on the run, with officials asking the public to be on the lookout.
